Confined Spaces
There are certain areas, such as ducts and chimneys that simply cannot be reached by other techniques. Safe systems and procedures for accessing such areas are important for those who require maintenance work to be conducted in their structure or building.
In the UAE, there are laws in places for confined space work. A worker entering, controlling or supervising work within a confined space must have received proper training.

We use rope access techniques to reach inside confined spaces to complete inspection and maintenance work. Atrium
Atriums (atria) and internal roofs, particularly those in buildings with complicated architecture, are normally beyond the reach of normal cleaning routines and may only be accessed using scaffolding or MEWPs for maintenance work.
In most circumstances where atriums need to be accessed hydraulic platforms or scaffolding towers will be used and work is normally carried out at night.
Rope access techniques make accessing atriums simple. Our systems rarely require scaffold or cherry pickers and installation and setup time is short.
